claudia’s interview

Thank you “Nashville Voyager” magazine for featuring Claudia in your magazine. Claudia began in 1985 designing personalized characters in the shape of letters for children’s name signs using watercolor. She called these whimsical letter characters ”Letter Friends.”

About three years ago I discussed an idea for a new picture book for children about virtues with Claudia. We decided that her letter friends would be a great fit. “A Book About Virtues - Letter Friends” was the result of that discussion. Claudia illustrated and co-authored this book with me.
